• Loan application forwarding to partner lenders

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Have a valid email address and mobile number

4. User Obligations

When using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in all applications and forms
• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Not use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Not interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality
• Not scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the platform beyond normal usage

5. Loan Applications

• Submitting a loan application through MyCredGuru does not guarantee loan approval
• All loan approvals, interest rates, terms, and conditions are at the sole discretion of the respective lending partner
• We may share your application details with one or more lending partners to process your request
• You acknowledge that lending partners may conduct their own verification, including credit checks
• The eligibility check on our platform is indicative and does not constitute a formal loan offer

6. AI-Powered Features

Our platform uses artificial intelligence for loan matching and advisory. You acknowledge that:

• AI recommendations are based on the information you provide and may not account for all factors
• AI-generated advice is informational and should not be considered as professional financial advice
• You should independently verify any information or recommendations before making financial decisions
• AI matching results are probabilistic estimates and not guarantees of approval

7. Fees and Charges

MyCredGuru does not charge any fees to borrowers for using the platform, including loan matching, eligibility checks, and AI advisory services. Any fees related to the loan itself (processing fees, prepayment charges, etc.) are determined by the lending partner and will be disclosed to you by them directly.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI models, software, and design elements, is the property of MyCredGuru and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• MyCredGuru is not liable for any loan decisions made by lending partners
• We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or practices of any lending partner
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of interest rates, loan amounts, or other financial information displayed on the platform
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us (which is zero for borrowers)

10. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Financial information, interest rates, and loan terms displayed on our platform are subject to change without notice.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyCredGuru, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
